Atlante and Stellantis are teaming up for electric transportation

With the help of Stellantis, NHOA, and Free2move, Atlante, an NHOA Group firm (NHOA.PA) focused on fast and ultra-fast charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, opened its first fast charging station in Italy at the Stellantis Automagenta dealership in Magenta, Milan's suburb. Magenta's mayor, Luca Del Gobbo, Automagenta's owner, Domenico Ridolfi, Stellantis Italia's e-Mobility Business Unit Manager, Ciro Papa, and Atlante's CEO, Stefano Terranova, were all present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

In conjunction with Stellantis, Atlante is actively working with many dealerships around Italy to construct many additional fast charging stations at their sites, all of which will be powered by clean, renewable energy. These stations will give EV drivers the option of quick charging, which is yet another tangible step Atlante has taken to advance the spread of EVs in Italy.

Stellantis represents one of the world's major automakers, producing 14 different vehicle brands and has industrial operations in roughly 30 countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia, meeting the drivers' demands in over 130 different markets.

This partnership is a continuation of the fruitful business relationship between Atlante and Stellantis that began with the creation of Free2move eSolutions, a joint venture between NHOA and Stellantis that focuses on charging equipment and solutions for electric vehicles. The values required for successful collaboration are reflected in the opportunity to create broad synergies with a global mobility player and to set the groundwork for a speedier and more sustainable energy transition.

Atlante and Stellantis

As Stellantis' chosen fast charging network, Atlante is working to build the largest fast and ultra-fast charging network in Southern Europe. The next phase of this partnership will involve the installation of Atlante fast and ultra-fast charging points at other selected Italian dealerships, made possible by the Stellantis dealer network and the strategic vision of cooperation.

I am pleased to be here at this fine Stellantis-authorized dealership to help celebrate the installation of the company's first fast charging station. For the zero-emissions transition to be a success, collaboration on both a global and local scale, including with a trusted partner like Stellantis and pioneering businesses like Automagenta on their bold path to electric mobility, is essential. Therefore, we have established a special team whose sole purpose is to cater to the specific requirements of the numerous Stellantis merchants considering becoming Atlas station hosts. The CEO of Atlante, Stefano Terranova, has said, "This is simply the first of many positive developments for EV drivers."

To that end, Stellantis has partnered with respected player Atlante to install fast and ultra-fast charging stations at its dealerships across the country. This was made possible through a partnership with a regional powerhouse in the business world—the Automagenta dealership, which fully grasped and enthusiastically supported the Stellantis vision. Manager of Stellantis Italia's e-Mobility Business Unit Ciro Papa noted that while the energy transition is not a one-day event, it is a process that will require certain times and that those who undertake initiatives of this type will gain a significant competitive advantage in that future scenario.

After hearing the Stellantis and Atlante proposal to establish a fast charging station at our dealership, we knew we supported their long-term goal of making fast charging available to the public. Domenico Ridolfi, the owner of Automagenta, said, "We strongly believe in a future of low environmental impact cars and commercial vehicles, and making a charging station available to citizens at our dealership, managed by a prestigious partner like Atlante, accessible to all 24 hours a day, represents for us a return in terms of visibility and a clear message of how we feel about that."

Atlante and Stellantis are also cooperating in France, and shortly the first fast and ultra-quick charging points will be operational at chosen dealerships distributing Stellantis vehicles.
